Over the years, Tecnozenith has been the company entrusted with the maintenance of the heating, cooling, ventilation and electrical systems of the two Turin offices of the State Archives, located in the central Piazza Castello and in Via Piave.
From ordinary maintenance to verify the correct functioning of the systems, to replace minor failures and cleaning and sanitizing the ventilation systems, to more substantial extraordinary maintenance, with extensions or renovations of entire portions of systems, Tecnozenith has carried out the works conscious of both prestige and of the unique characteristics of the buildings of considerable historical character, and of the other value of the assets preserved inside, including ancient documents, which require careful evaluations and continuous checks of the proper functioning of the heating and electrical systems.
For this purpose Tecnozenith has installed a timely BMS Swiss Control System, with, among others, temperature and humidity sensors for the many environments, in order to have a real confirmation of the operating status and verify any anomalies, in order to intervene in timely manner by creating the least possible disruption to users.
