4RinEU - Robust and Reliable technology concepts and business models for triggering deep Renovation of Residential buildings in EU (GA 723829) is a European project open under the European Commission's Horizon 2020 program, lasting 48 months until May 2021.
The project aimed to reduce demand and improve the energy efficiency of residential buildings, through the use of innovative technologies developed in this field.
The Via Tabona site in Pinerolo is the only Case Study of this project located in Italy, where heat pump and NRGate hydronic modules have been installed, as well as a complete BMS system for the management of new centralized systems.
The integration of the 4RinEU project within the wider efficiency of the building has made it possible to improve the quality of the interventions, with greater savings in primary energy, simpler management of the systems, even remotely and more precise direct accounting of the energies used.
