Energheia Project is a Join Venture between Tecnozenith and the Acea Pinerolese Energia company, created with the aim of proposing an innovative and integrated solution for the energy efficiency of residential buildings.
Through passive redevelopment interventions, such as improving the insulation of the external envelope, and energy production, with the installation of heat pumps and photovoltaic systems, Energheia aims to reduce the energy consumption of condominiums, at zero cost for owners, as well as improving the quality of internal winter comfort.
The works are carried out directly or under the guidance of Tecnozenith, which also installs a BMS Swiss Control System to manage the systems, verify the effectiveness of the interventions and show users the energy performance of their property.
